SEABOARD have recently completed the Chemical pipeline renewal works on the SEE SEN PLANT SHUTDOWN.

The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, pipe materials and consumables to carry out the following package:

• Renewal of Oleum chemical pipeline system stainless steel pipe grade 316L up to DN150mm sch 40 including valves and support.
   

• Carried out 100% NDT test on all welding joints.
   

• Upon completion, carried out N2 test at pressure rating 6bar as per client requirement.
   

We deployed our Technical team during the shutdown period and successfully completed in 15 days without delay. As part of SEABOARD value offering of not just delivering of the components but of committing for a turn-key solutions.
